We believe an attorney’s track record is very important when folks are selecting an attorney. I worked for the last three decades. This is about my 35th year as a trial lawyer, and I’ve been trying cases for all of those years. We believe that because we try cases, we’re known to try cases, & we’ve tried cases in front of numerous judges here in Erie County, Niagara county, Chautauqua County, Genesee County, that when we end up with cases and we’re in front of a judge, they’re trying to resolve a case that they work because they know that we’re just crazy enough to try the case.
That gives a comfort level to the clients to know that they’ve hired a person who will go to bat for them. When they meet at our law firm, they meet with myself or Abe, and the two of us will work the file up. I’m the trial lawyer, the file usually starts with me and the file will end with me.
My law firm has been together since the middle of the 80’s and we are privileged to have a crew of people that have worked together as a team. Our paralegal Michelle has been with me for 28 years. Abe’s been an attorney for almost 30 years and Katrina has been working with us for approaching 17 years. You get a solid core of folks that will bring you value and that know what they’re doing.
